Friday Evening:
Kick off the weekend with a welcome reception at the Watersound Real Estate office in Watersound Town Center from 4–6 p.m. Meet community representatives, learn more about the Watersound lifestyle, and connect with fellow guests. Then, enjoy live music at the First Friday Concert Series at The Pavilion from 6–8 p.m.
Saturday:
Explore participating Watersound communities and residential offerings through individual tours during regular sales center hours. Visit Watersound Origins®, Watersound Camp Creek®, Latitude Margaritaville Watersound, Watersound Fountains and more for a closer look at available homes, amenities and the natural beauty of the area. Guests may also participate in the Minto Matchpoint Pickleball Tournament at Latitude Margaritaville Watersound. Advance registration is required. In the evening, gather for a beachfront bonfire at the exclusive Watersound® Beach Club from 5:30–7:30 p.m.
Sunday:
Continue exploring participating communities during regular sales center hours before capping off the weekend at the Watersound Block Party. Join us at The Pavilion in Watersound Town Center from 2–6 p.m. for live music, local food trucks, fun activities and the welcoming energy of the Watersound community.
First Friday Concert Series
Enjoy live music and good vibes under the shade of The Pavilion at Watersound Town Center. This free, family-friendly concert brings the community together for an evening of live entertainment, dancing and fun. Bring your crew and a chair, and enjoy the music from 6–8 p.m.
Watersound® Block Party
Spend the afternoon at the Watersound Town Center enjoying live music, lawn games, giveaways, and family-friendly fun. With face painters, balloon artists, and a festive atmosphere, it’s a great way to experience the heart of the Watersound community.
